Terms of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Site or its content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site;
• use the Site to build a competing product;
• interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation;
• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Some features require you to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

"User Content" means any data, files, contracts, contact information, notes, voice notes, and other material you upload to or generate on the Site.

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading User Content you grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Site to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload the User Content you provide, that it does not infringe the rights of others (including data-protection rights of the individuals it concerns), and that you comply with applicable law when using the Site.

EnskAI is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data-protection law. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where you upload personal data of third parties (for example agent contacts or player information), you act as data controller for that data and EnskAI acts as data processor on your behalf, under the terms of a Data Processing Agreement made available to customers.

The Site, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of EnskAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you, other than the limited licence to use the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (for example messaging platforms, data providers, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and improve the experience. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnskAI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to EnskAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of mandatory statutory obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Site, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Site ends and we may delete User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or by email where reasonable. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that give consumers a right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
