EnskAI was born from experience—real, hands-on work in the world of football agencies. Our founder, Daniel, recognized the lack of structure in the football industry but saw the opportunity to make a lasting impact by focusing on the the often-overlooked architects of the industry - football agents. To truly understand their challenges, Daniel worked independently under the brand of a major German agency where he gained firsthand experience, closing his first deals and getting an inside look at how agents and other stakeholders operate. It quickly became clear that the industry was stuck in outdated, inefficient ways of working.
With a background in building teams, optimizing operations, and practical AI applications, Daniel sought to bring structure and efficiency to the agent's world. Through extensive conversations with agents of all sizes, it became clear that inefficiencies were widespread but varied based on career stage and agency size. This feedback shaped the foundation of what would later become span the EnskAI Football Agents’ Platform.
From day one, EnskAI was designed and built as an independent platform, with a strict focus on neutrality, free from external influence, giving agents full control over their data and business decisions. The mission has always been to serve all agents equally, ensuring their business remain completely secure and private.
Breaking Through Resistance
The biggest challenge wasn’t technology—it was mindset. Football agents are free-spirited by nature, thriving in an environment of fast deals and high-stakes negotiations. Many saw software as a threat to their independence, fearing it would turn them into corporate operators. But over time, something changed.
When agents saw real results—how EnskAI could help them achieve more with less effort, organize their work without losing their autonomy, and ultimately close more deals—they started to take notice. The tipping point came when Florian Zerrath, formerly of Transfermarkt, joined EnskAI. Having seen the same inefficiencies firsthand, Florian recognized the need for a platform built exclusively for agents, by agents. His involvement gave EnskAI direct access to more agencies and further cemented its pivotal role in the industry.

No. EnskAI is fully independent, with no ties to any agency past or present. While Daniel started his career with SPOCS Germany, this experience led to EnskAI's creation. Neither Daniel nor anyone at EnskAI is involved in agency work, deal-making, or player representation.
